The fleet card replaces the cash advance, the fuel voucher and the receipt the driver brings back. Each company vehicle has its own card: the driver pulls in, the attendant records the fill-up and the cost goes onto the company account right away.

Fuel is usually a fleet’s second largest cost. The card exists so you can see every litre and decide with the numbers in front of you.
Spend per vehicle and per driver
Every fill-up is tied to a number plate and to whoever was driving. You can compare consumption across vehicles and spot the one that is out of line.
Limit per cost centre
Set a ceiling in money or litres per card, per site, per department or per period. Anything above the limit is not authorised at the pump.
Reports for the month-end close
Consumption totalled by period, by station and by vehicle, in the format the finance team needs to reconcile.
Monthly billing
One invoice per period instead of dozens of loose receipts. Payment terms and the closing date are set out in the quote.

How the fleet fuels up at both stations
The driver shows the card, gives the number plate and the odometer reading, the attendant records the fill-up and it goes straight onto the company account. Nothing is paid on the spot.

Who can sign up
Any company with an active Brazilian tax number (CNPJ) and its own or contracted fleet in Porto Seguro and the surrounding area. Small fleets count too — the contract follows the size of the operation.
Hauliers
Trucks and articulated lorries running the BR-367 and BA-001, with diesel and Arla 32 in the same stop.
Car rental companies
Return with a full tank, control by number plate and a check on what each car used over the period.

The final list of documents and how long the cards take to activate are confirmed by the sales team when you get in touch. Ask on WhatsApp before you gather the paperwork.

If you already have an active contract, log in to the Fleet Portal here on the site and check your company’s fuelling: vehicle, driver, date, station and amount. It is the same login the sales team sets up when the contract is signed.
