Fleet management
In the Fleet Portal a company can follow every fill-up made with the fleet card at Postos Quinta do Sol: how much each vehicle spent, who fuelled up, on what day and for how much. No calls to the station, no receipts to collect.
Made for whoever pays the fuel bill
The portal is the private area for companies that fuel up with the fleet card at our two Porto Seguro stations. Access is by username and password, and each company sees only its own fleet.
Drivers need none of this: they fill up, show the card and carry on. The entry shows up in the portal.

What a company can follow here
Every fill-up becomes an entry with number plate, date, time, product, litres and amount. From there, the breakdowns that matter.
Consumption per vehicle
How much each number plate spent over the period, in litres and in reais. Useful for finding the vehicle that burns more than the rest.
Consumption per driver
Each fill-up is tied to whoever used the card. You can match the spend against the route the driver took.
Cost centre
Split the spend by site, branch, contract or department and send it to finance already divided the way the company books it.
Period reports
Close by day, week or month and compare with the previous period. The report comes out ready to file or attach to an accounting return.
Invoices and documents
Check what went into the period’s invoice and go through it entry by entry before paying.
Records and controls
Active vehicles and cards are listed in the portal. Lost a card or changed a vehicle? Let us know and we will update the record.

How to get your login
Access to the portal comes with the fleet card. There is no sign-up on the site: our team hands the password to the person the company names as responsible.
Sign up for the fleet card
If the company does not fuel up with us yet, start at the fleet card page and request a quote through the form.
Name the person in charge
Say who will manage the account — usually someone in finance or fleet management. That is the person who receives the login.
Log in and check
With your username and password in hand, open the Fleet Portal and follow the fill-ups as they happen.
Forgot your password or lost access? Message us on WhatsApp, (73) 3268-8510, with the company name and CNPJ and we will sort it out.

Use the username and password our team gave your company. The portal opens on a page of its own, full screen — on a computer and on a phone.
The portal comes with the fleet card
Fuelling with a fleet card at Postos Quinta do Sol swaps the voucher, the cash in the driver’s pocket and the pile of receipts for an entry that appears in the portal right away. Contracts are per company (CNPJ), for fleets of any size.
