Two stations, one team
We are an independently branded fuel station in Porto Seguro, with one site in Outeiro and another on the highway. Working here means serving both local people and those passing through: tourists, lorry drivers, company fleets and rideshare drivers.
The work means dealing with customers face to face and handling a flammable product. So how you treat people and how carefully you follow safety rules count for more than years on the job: if you have never worked at a fuel station, you can still apply.
- Forecourt serviceFilling up, checking oil, water and tyre pressure, taking payment and helping customers as they arrive.
- Shop and convenienceServing at the counter, restocking shelves, working the till and keeping the place tidy.
- Oil change and lubricationChanging oil and filters, logging the job and explaining to the customer what was done to the car.
- Transport and supportOur own fuel haulage fleet and the support work behind both stations.
- Admin and salesFinance, purchasing, business-customer records and follow-up on the fleet card.
What we look for in a CV
There is no single requirement: each job asks for something different. These are the points that tend to count in any area of the station.
Enjoying customer contact
Much of the day is spent talking to customers. Courtesy, patience and a willingness to sort things out count for a lot.
Attention to safety
A fuel station handles a flammable product. Following the procedure to the letter is not a detail, it is the main thing.
Timekeeping and shifts
The station does not close when a customer pulls in. Anyone on shift work needs to keep to the agreed hours.
Teamwork
The forecourt, the shop and the office all depend on one another. Helping your workmate is what makes the day work.
Paperwork in order
Valid ID and employment papers. That is what hiring asks of every candidate.
A driving licence, for some jobs
Transport and support jobs require the right licence category. For the other areas it is not a requirement.
Requirements belong to the job, not to this page. Shift, minimum experience, licence category and the terms of each hire are agreed with HR when the job opens. None of that is promised here.
